Responsibilities
- Replace burned out light bulbs in common area and entrances.
- Address plumbing and drain issues.
- General maintenance related cleaning: light lens covers, interior and exterior.
- Walk parking lots and grounds to collect debris, report damage.
- Auxiliary tasks: assist with HVAC check-up and filter change. For winter, clear snow & ice from all walks & apply ice-melt. Landscaping/mowing/snow-removal. Perform parking lot patching, crack filling, and lot striping. Replace damaged ceiling tiles. Minor electrical repairs. Apply insecticide and herbicide as needed. Apply new safety paint to areas as needed (handicap areas, curbs, etc.). General painting as needed. Reset parking lot light timers to match sunrise/sunset as needed. Open/Close sprinkler system to match the season and as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Some hands on/technical skills with figuring out how to do minor repairs.

- Pool maintenance and certification a plus.
- Electrical/HVAC certification and experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in General Maintenance a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Maintenance: 1-3 years (Preferred).

Schedule
- Day shift Monday to Friday
- Evenings as needed
- On call Weekends as needed
