About the role
The role involves performing various maintenance tasks in residential properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. The technician must also assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks in residential properties
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
- Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in home maintenance or similar field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations
Skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
