About the role
The role involves performing various maintenance tasks in residential properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing systems
- Install and repair electrical systems as needed
- Oversee HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect properties for safety and compliance with local codes
- Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding maintenance issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in home maintenance or similar field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of residential building codes and safety standards
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment for maintenance work
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively

Pay
