About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all company facilities. This includes but is not limited to performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency repairs, and keeping the grounds tidy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment.
  • Respond to and resolve emergency repair requests within a timely manner.
  • Keep the company grounds neat and tidy.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using common tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

  • Basic computer literacy.
  • First aid certification preferred.
