Maintenance Technician

About the role

Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautifully renovated independent and assisted living community located at 9705 Monrovia, Lenexa, Kansas 66215-1564. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the building to ensure the residents are comfortable and safe. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Responsibilities

• Renovating apartment units when vacated, including painting, light plumbing and electrical work, carpet demo and/or cleaning.
• Performing pool maintenance.
• Maintaining the building to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL driver’s license.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
