Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company safety standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience maintaining production equipment, motors, drives, conveyors, and automated machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems
