Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and production equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals
- Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience maintaining production equipment, motors, drives, conveyors, and automated machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems
