Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance for production equipment.
• Services and maintains all equipment, including welding machine, trolley systems, CNC machinery, overhead crane systems, and other plant-related machinery.
• Inspects and assesses the functionality of plant machinery.
• Troubleshoots mechanical breakdowns.
• Escalates issues to plant management team.
• Conducts routine and preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Communicates with the production team and maintains a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Prepares, submits, and maintains reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in an Industrial Maintenance Position.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preference for: Weld Shop maintenance experience, Machine Shop maintenance experience (CNC), Powder coat ovens and systems, Electrical experience with 110V single phase to 440V 3phase.
