Maintenance Technician

About the role

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll ensure our facilities operate efficiently by regularly inspecting our building for damage and conducting routine maintenance on equipment. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player and problem solver with prior maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep records of completed repairs and equipment service history.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to maintain equipment efficiency and prevent safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as required.
• Be available on call to respond to maintenance requests during nights and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.
