About the role
This position is part of the general maintenance group that assists in all aspects of maintaining the site equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain tooling inspections
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance procedures
- Record completion using QMMS software
- Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly PMs
- Help and repair all equipment throughout the facility
- Assist with the upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proven ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to interpret blueprints (mechanical and electrical) for new and existing equipment
- Working within teams
- Excellent communication
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
- Experience in facility maintenance in Industrial Manufacturing preferred
Working Conditions
The 1st shift includes Monday – Thursday 5 am – 3 pm.
The 2nd shift includes Monday – Thursday 3 pm – 1 am with a shift differential of $3.00/hr.
The weekend shift includes Friday – Sunday 6 am–6 pm for a total of 36 hours and added weekend shift differential of $4.50/hr.
