About the role
Atria Senior Living’s Coterie brand is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), one year of experience in property management maintenance, and the ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate general office equipment.
Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs
- Ensure service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner
- Complete assigned service requests and repairs according to company standards
- Perform turn-key work to make vacant apartments rent-ready
- Respond to resident requests and resolve problems
- Ensure compliance with Atria Policies and Procedures and relevant laws
- Assist with service requests and general maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire
Qualifications
The Maintenance Technician position requires the following qualifications:
Skills
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Use of general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
- Handling and using chemicals and cleaning supplies
