About the role

Atria Senior Living’s Coterie brand is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), one year of experience in property management maintenance, and the ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate general office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs
  • Ensure service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner
  • Complete assigned service requests and repairs according to company standards
  • Perform turn-key work to make vacant apartments rent-ready
  • Respond to resident requests and resolve problems
  • Ensure compliance with Atria Policies and Procedures and relevant laws
  • Assist with service requests and general maintenance tasks

Requirements

  • Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire

Qualifications

The Maintenance Technician position requires the following qualifications:

Skills

  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Use of general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment
  • Handling and using chemicals and cleaning supplies
