Maintenance Technician
At Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC), we are building an amazing team of professionals who are changing the way mental health is treated in Southeastern Massachusetts. You can find us in schools, homes, the community, and our Taunton offices empowering our clients with the latest evidence-based behavioral health treatments. We are a non-profit community mental health center serving communities in Massachusetts. CCBC provides inpatient, outpatient, and urgent care services to adults and children overcoming depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and many other conditions hindering personal fulfillment.
About the role
Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking a full-time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in Southeastern Massachusetts. We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it’s too late. Eager to come to work and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance in both a commercial and residential setting.
- Painting and light carpentry.
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience a plus.
- Moving objects such as office equipment and household items.
- Some projects may need to be done on weekends or after normal business hours.
- Must possess own vehicle (Pickup or SUV preferred).
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance is key; plumbing and/or electrical experience a plus.
- Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred).
- Good organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer competency.
- Strong time management skills.

$45,000 - $53,000 (wages are determined by skill set)
