Description of Position
Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking full-time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in Southeastern Massachusetts. We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it’s too late. Eager to come to work and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- General maintenance in both a commercial and residential setting.
- Painting and light carpentry.
- Plumbing and or electrical experience a plus.
- Moving objects such as office equipment and household items.
- Some projects may need to be done on weekends or after normal business hours.
- Must possess own vehicle (Pick up or SUV preferred).
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance is key; plumbing and/or electrical experience a plus.
- Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred).
- We will provide training to candidates that possess good organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills along with computer competency.
- Time management is important to each project big or small.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $53,000.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday.
