Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC and mechanical equipment.
- Work alongside experienced technicians.
- Gain hands-on experience.
- Work on maintenance, service, and construction projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Trade school, vocational, or other related training (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude with interest to learn new skills.
- Valid driver's license (required).
Qualifications
- Related work experience is a plus – not a requirement.

Pay
$20 - $22 per hour for entry level – more for experience. Pay and performance reviews annually.
Schedule
The workplace is drug-free. Be punctual and reliable. Work overtime when necessary. Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. Climb ladders and work at heights when necessary. Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending. Follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
