Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Multi-site Location: Aeronaut -Weymouth, MA - Monday, Thursday & Friday Axis - Bridgewater, MA - Tuesday & Wednesday This is a full-time position *** On-call bonus*** RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the daily upkeep of the interior of the property including, but not limited to, cleaning, painting, plumbing, HVAC systems and electricalPerform scheduled and nonscheduled general maintenance to ensure safe operationsProvide meticulous care and cleanliness of all supplies and equipment while maintaining inventoryOperate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and company standards Interact with tenants, vendors, customers, employees, etc. in a professional and courteous mannerWork an on-call rotationPerform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as needed REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of maintenance experienceProficient working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, roof repairs, plumbing, etc.Valid driver's license and driving record in good standingAbility to provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous mannerAbility to lift and/or move 35 pounds and up to 100 pounds on occasionStrong written and verbal skillsStrong problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary Claremont Companies is headquartered in Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development and asset management firm.
