Our Community offers several levels of living including: independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care. We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance Technician) to join our team! This Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Plant Operations Director with maintaining the care of the community facility for residents, employees and the public. This includes lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing and other general building maintenance. The maintenance person must be knowledgeable in all areas of building maintenance and must be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Follows and upholds the community's philosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each residents quality of care and quality of life
- Follows and upholds policies and procedures of the community.
- Attends and participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned
