About the role
The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment and systems.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Document all work performed and report findings to supervisors.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Understanding of HVAC systems.
