What You'll Be Doing
- Complete apartment service requests and resident work orders
- Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
- Support maintenance operations across three Easley communities
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Certification required
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required
- Pool experience (CPO certification preferred)
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple communities
