Responsibilities
- Perform daily property walks to help keep the community clean, safe, and inviting
- Assist with trash pick-up and grounds upkeep
- Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Support maintenance tasks including minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Learn and assist with basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
- Help maintain shared amenities including courtyards, common areas, and pool area
- Assist with seasonal maintenance and routine inspections
Requirements
No prior apartment maintenance experience required – we will train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful community are essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are also important qualities.

- Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 25 lbs
