Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
- Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
- Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
- Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.

About the Role
The role involves maintaining the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds to ensure they meet current federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. This includes responding to maintenance requests from community directors and residents, as well as collaborating with local authorities.

Schedule
Part-time and full-time benefits eligibility varies. Full-time only benefits include paid time off, holidays, company-provided life insurance, adoption benefit, disability (short and long term), flexible spending accounts, health savings account, and optional voluntary benefits.
Pay
Base pay in the range will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
