1st shift position in a family-owned high-precision tool & die shop.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair CNC machinery.
- Use electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot systems.
- Maintain and repair industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiring.
- Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Program, test, simulate, troubleshoot, and integrate PLC systems.
- Operate forklifts (experience preferred).
- Repair and maintain machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, fans, leadscrews, and bearings on mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Research repair procedures and locate replacement parts (new and used) via the internet.
- Maintain and repair Alar filtration systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Proficiency in English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Internet and computer skills.
