Maintenance Technician

1st shift position in a family-owned high-precision tool & die shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC machinery.
• Use electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot systems.
• Maintain and repair industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiring.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Program, test, simulate, troubleshoot, and integrate PLC systems.
• Operate forklifts (experience preferred).
• Repair and maintain machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, fans, leadscrews, and bearings on mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Research repair procedures and locate replacement parts (new and used) via the internet.
• Maintain and repair Alar filtration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High School Degree or GED required.
• Proficiency in English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Internet and computer skills.
