Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician position maintains the physical condition of property and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, and protecting the property and equipment from damage, loss, and deterioration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates and models Broder Sachse’s core values
• Experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping, required
• Reliable transportation, required

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and miscellaneous repairs
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas
• Prepare apartments for move ins
• Complete emergency and preventative repairs to prevent damage or deterioration
• Operate maintenance equipment (Including, but not limited to; saws, drills, power washers, paintbrushes, drywall, nail guns, hammers, screwdrivers, electrical tools/ devices, plumbing tools/ devices, cleaning equipment, rental equipment, lifts, ladders)
