Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain physical structures
- Paint structures, perform masonry work, and repair plumbing fixtures and woodwork
- Make repairs to tools and equipment
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and fixtures
- Moves, installs, and adjusts fixtures, motors, and other electrical/mechanical equipment
- Connects power cables to equipment and installs grounding leads
- Performs tests on electrical equipment for safety and code compliance
- Patches concrete and macadam surfaces
- Aids supervisor and other maintenance technicians
Requirements
- Full-time position

- Starting time: 7:00 A.M., 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday
- Occasional emergency call-outs and weekend work may be required
