Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Maintain and operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve bakery processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a food service or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of bakery equipment operation and maintenance
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Basic computer literacy

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
