Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and keeping our apartments and communities in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Aid with apartment renovations and move-in preparations
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain building systems such as HVAC, water heaters, and appliances
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation

Requirements

• Maintenance experience in residential properties (multifamily preferred)
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service with residents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools
