Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician at King Farm is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on various building systems and equipment.
• Respond to emergency repairs and service calls promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Document all work performed in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• First aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Experience with electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
