Responsibilities
- Perform repairs (both minor and major).
- Implement regular and preventive maintenance programs.
- Promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff.
- Work with the electronic work order system (TELS).
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and everyone in the community.
- Participate in the "On-Call Technician" program.
Requirements
- HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certification preferred.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- 2-3 Years or More Experience of facilities and/or building maintenance, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair.
- Loves to work with seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills.
