Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs (both minor and major).
  • Implement regular and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff.
  • Work with the electronic work order system (TELS).
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and everyone in the community.
  • Participate in the "On-Call Technician" program.

Requirements

  • HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certification preferred.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • 2-3 Years or More Experience of facilities and/or building maintenance, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC installation, maintenance and/or repair.
  • Loves to work with seniors.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
