Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of all machinery and equipment in plant
- Completion of work orders and preventative maintenance orders
- Troubleshooting problems and determining proper resolution with minimum process interruption
- Aid in providing and maintaining a safe workplace
Qualifications
- Education / Experience: High school diploma, minimum of 5 years experience working in an industrial environment, 2-year degree in Industrial Technology preferred
- Experience: Working with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLC's, SLC's, Panelview, Allen Bradley frequency drives, Fanuc Robotics and hydraulic and pneumatic systems (plus)
- Skills: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), experience with Kaizen and other continuous improvement processes (plus)
- Physical Demands: Regularly stands and walks, talks or hears, sits, uses hands to finger, handle or feel, reaches with hands and arms, climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, lifts up to 50 pounds, exposed to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, extreme heat, outside risk of electrical shock, moderate noise level
