Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dedicated maintenance professional to perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, complete work orders, and ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
- Complete and document guest and associate work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
- Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
- Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Compensation Range: $21.00 - $22.05 / hour. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.
