Job Description Part-Time Maintenance Technician Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a part-time position with the following seasonal scheduling: Saturday thru Monday - 7:00am until 3:30pm Daily job duties and responsibilities: Custodial dutiesVacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc. MaintenancePaintingLight Drywall PatchesBasic Carpentry SkillsOther duties as assigned by manager Requirements Requirements: 3+ years experiance as a maintenance techMust be dependableMust be a self-starterMust be an independent workerMust passbackground check and drug screen Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
