About the Role
Arden’s Garden is Atlanta’s premier fresh juice manufacturer and retailer, committed to making healthy living accessible through high‑quality cold‑pressed juices, smoothies, and wellness products. Behind every bottle, smoothie, and customer experience is a team working together to keep operations running safely and efficiently. We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and solutions‑focused Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working with their hands, and keeping equipment and facilities operating at their best.

- Facility Maintenance: Perform general building and facility maintenance across production, warehouse, and retail locations; troubleshoot and address lighting, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fixtures, and other building system issues; complete minor construction and facility repair projects as needed; conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns; help maintain clean, safe, and operational work environments for employees and customers.
- Preventative Maintenance & Documentation: Follow established preventative maintenance schedules and complete assigned tasks on time; maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment service documentation; document completed repairs and communicate recurring or significant equipment concerns to management; monitor equipment conditions and recommend preventative repairs or replacements when appropriate.
- Operational Support: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production, warehouse, retail, and other operational teams; prioritize requests based on safety, operational urgency, and business impact; communicate repair status, equipment downtime, and anticipated next steps to appropriate teams; collaborate with employees, managers, vendors, and outside contractors as necessary; help identify practical solutions that reduce downtime and keep operations moving.
- Safety: Follow all company safety policies and procedures when completing maintenance and repair work; use tools and equipment safely and appropriately; identify and communicate unsafe equipment or facility conditions; maintain an organized work area and properly store tools, equipment, and maintenance materials; support a culture of safety throughout Arden’s Garden facilities.
