Responsibilities
- Complete work orders as assigned by priority.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings and equipment.
- Report and repair any safety concerns that may develop.
- Snow removal as necessary.
- Record and track billable productive hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED.
- Agency-approved driver’s license.
- Basic knowledge of tools and techniques necessary to maintain all aspects of a physical plant.
