ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide courteous, consistent and professional service to both internal and external members and vendors while embodying the APGFCU culture.
- Analyze internal member needs and maintain/develop professional partnerships.
- Maintain and operate motor vehicle to accomplish assigned duties.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner in accordance with applicable laws and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Perform inspections of credit union facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with credit union standards.
- Perform assigned duties in accordance with diagrams, sketches, manuals and manufacturers specifications.
- Perform duties and operate tools and equipment in compliance with manufacturer's directions/guidelines and appropriate OHSA regulations.
- Perform maintenance management plan execution to insure documentation, scheduling and execution/accomplishment of preventative maintenance activity and timely execution of safety related inspections.
- Document and maintain records on equipment maintenance and update work order system.
- Cookordination and supervision of the execution of the military work order system as it applies to the credit union owned or occupied buildings on the Military Post(s).
- Perform duties associated with office relocations to include construction, takedown, movement and set-up of furniture, equipment and partitions, etc.
- Maintain documentation and related inventory management of furniture and equipment stored under your control in locations throughout the organization.
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as general interior and exterior housekeeping to include the maintenance of aesthetics, safety and security for staff and members alike.
- Perform the timely destruction of sensitive records and documents as well as the maintenance of various shredding equipment.
- Automated Systems: Become familiar with and use automated systems (computers and software) to document and accomplish assigned duties and assist others in the execution of various Facilities Branch duties and responsibilities.
- Other: Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Equivalent to high school education; two years of vocational training a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of one year work related experience in maintenance environment.
- On-Call: Ability to respond to Credit Union facility concerns to include emergency equipment, maintenance work, building alarms, local police, etc. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During inclement weather, respond and access condition of parking lots, sidewalks/steps and roads and report to AVP-Facilities prior to branch opening. Must carry and have cell phone on 24/7.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of general trade skills (construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other related trades); knowledge of various hand and power tools; general English and math, human relations and organization skills, simple analysis and decision-making ability; general knowledge of Microsoft office products and other similar software applications. Must have physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry heavy items such as office supplies, boxes, and mail bags. Must have good driving record (three points or less accepted).
COMPENSATION
Compensation: $40,700.00 - $65,100.00 depending on experience and education.
