About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical inspections and repairs
- Install and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Document work performed and report findings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
