Maintenance Technician at Antero Apartments

About the role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs that may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, general carpentry, household, building, and property grounds repairs. You will work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends, and serve as an on-call technician providing after-hours emergency service with the support of the Service Manager while following Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.
• Move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.
• Sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and access small or difficult terrain.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (considerable experience a plus).
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry work.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• EPA certification Type II or Universal (a plus).
• CPO certification (a plus).
