Maintenance Technician

About the role

Provide crucial support for our manufacturing and production team by maintaining and improving production equipment. Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support new equipment installations while working closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain high product quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data
• Provide technical support and training to operators and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude—rebuild gears, alignment plates, fixtures, and forming equipment
• Low-voltage wiring—installation and troubleshooting
• Ability and understanding of three-phase circuits and motor control circuits
• Basic understanding of industrial controls (contactors, relays, etc.)
• Basic understanding of pneumatic systems
• Simple machining and layout
• Various mechanical and light electrical repairs
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Able to plan and execute projects small to large
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation

Pay

$20–$40/hour plus a yearly bonus.

Schedule

Day and night shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour formats.
