Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all
- Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship
Requirements
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience required
- Mechanical aptitude required
- HVAC experience preferred
- Associate’s degree from a technical school preferred
- Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Pay
$19.00–$24.00/hour + credit given for experience + shift differentials + on-call bonuses
Schedule
Monday through Friday with rotating shifts as needed
