About the Role
Join our team as a Maintenance Tech and take on a variety of responsibilities, from electrical and plumbing work to painting and equipment maintenance. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our facility runs smoothly and offers a safe environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks related to building maintenance and grounds.
- Collaborate with Supervisor and fellow team members to tackle various maintenance assignments.
- Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required.
- Contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facility.
- Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.
- Collaborate and work well with fellow team members.
- Show initiative in aiding wherever required.
- Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
- Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

Pay
Starting salary/wage of $25 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
