Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
- Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
- Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
- Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
