Property management company seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex in Gainesville.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks
- Complete all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in general maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
