We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team at an apartment complex.
Responsibilities
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with general maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
