About the role

“Own” your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service. Complete resident and property service requests while maintaining a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• HVAC maintenance and repair
• Painting and drywall repair
• Plumbing
• Pool maintenance
• Grounds upkeep
• Minor carpentry
• Heat pump servicing

Requirements

• Experience with or desire to learn maintenance skills
• EPA or CPO certification a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
