Maintenance Technician "A"- 2nd shift

About the role

We are a fast-paced, very vertically-integrated company, which means you will get exposure to many different processes such as plastic injection molding, assembly and automation, and surface mount technology.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to all production equipment
• Perform routine planned preventive maintenance on all production equipment
• Monitor and maintain safety features on all production equipment
• Display a general knowledge of the Injection Molding Process
• Coordinate contract and field service work as needed
• Perform on‑site work requests
• Troubleshoot and make repairs as needed to building systems
• Perform routine planned preventive maintenance to critical building systems
• Flex into Facilities A Tech role as needed
• Utilize PDCA to solve problems and drive improvements
• Execute 5’s procedures and standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training; maintenance technician or journeyman certification
• Minimum of 5 years as a maintenance technician
• Experience working with injection molding machines (training available on other areas)
