About the role
Maintain and repair equipment in a manufacturing environment to ensure optimal production.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- First aid certification
