Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Watershed Foods sanitation, GMPs, HACCP procedures, Food Safety policies, and Occupational Safety Policies.
• Efficiently troubleshoot, correct, and repair equipment as needed.
• Complete maintenance tasks, including pump/gearbox rebuilds, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical component replacement, piping changes, and small fabrication projects.
• Collaborate with and oversee contractors for project and maintenance tasks.
• Propose process improvements to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
• Maintain a clean work area and detailed records.
• Be available for call-in situations, including weekends and other shifts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of electricity and electronic principles.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing/aligning mechanical components.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Team-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment by adjusting priorities to meet production needs.
• Well-developed sense of personal initiative and decision-making.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry necessary for the job (100lbs) in extreme hot and cold conditions.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration principles.
