Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
About This Role
We are looking for a self-motivated, problem-solving Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to the Maintenance team, performing routine maintenance functions and mechanical and systematic troubleshooting. They help oversee the upkeep of the facilities and equipment that support production.

Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks including plumbing, mechanical repairs, installations, and general repairs, including troubleshooting.
- Provide planned, scheduled, unscheduled, preventative, and reactive repairs to maximize uptime and reliability of production equipment.
- Operate various company vehicles, including forklifts, man lifts, and overhead cranes, and obtain proper training.
- Conduct other projects, duties, and assignments as needed and assigned by the Maintenance Manager or management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing production and material-handling equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Basic reading skills and ability to follow directions.
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate Technical Degree preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents.
- OSHA 10 Hours Certified.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of industrial EHS requirements/policies, corrective action efforts/systems improvements, equipment installations, and risk/hazard abatement.
- Ability to recognize and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Preferably certified within a specific technical or vocational training.
- Must pass a drug screening, medical physical, and, if applicable, visual testing.
- Ability to regularly move 30-50 lbs.
- Ability to regularly perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity to assemble parts or pieces quickly and accurately.
