Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

About the role

We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) to play a critical role in keeping our operation running safely and efficiently. This hands-on position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support site goals, uptime, and safety standards. Ideal candidates enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed
• Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming
• Troubleshoot control circuits and production equipment
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment
• Complete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processes
• Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unsafe conditions
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, maintenance team members, and plant leadership
• Support maintenance technicians across all shifts as needed
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production
• Track spare parts usage and assist with inventory management
• Work within established schedules and production requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations

Requirements

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and procedures
• Ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and time management abilities
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support operational needs
