Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

About the role

The Kingston Resorts is a 145‑acre oceanfront resort on the north‑end of Myrtle Beach, less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20‑minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. The resort includes the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms, offering many opportunities to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry.
• Inspect guestrooms, public space, back‑of‑the‑house, and heart‑of‑the‑house for areas to repair, touch up or replace.
• Repair or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous items.
• Assist other department team members in the systematic application of the preventive maintenance program.
• Make records of repairs made, report completed repairs, or place areas needing further attention or a room “out of order.”

Schedule

This is a full‑time, year‑round position working at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. 3rd shift schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
