ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Brief Description: At Universal Pure... Provide high-pressure processing... We are focused on safety... Join the Food Manufacturing Industry in a Maintenance position! 2nd shift: 2:00pm -10:30 pm M-F Benefits Offered At Universal Pure Employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision and EAP401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidays that start accruing your first week!Multiple medical plans (PPO and HDHP)Voluntary disability plans, accident insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, AD&D and Life insuranceA culture of people development and internal career growthA culture of caring, collaboration and respect Position Purpose: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing the maintenance of the following, including but not limited to HPP and VAS equipment, Building and Facilities equipment, Powered Industrial Equipment, and stationery equipment. The Maintenance Technician performs routine Preventative Maintenance tasks and diagnosis of issues. Collaborates with the Production to ensure the equipment is running well or for signs of needed attention. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities: list of many tasks. Additional Responsibilities: On call ability as needed... Rotating weekend work... Provides parts and supplies inventory info... Minimum Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. Working Conditions: description. We need to decide sections. We have schedule: "2nd shift: 2:00pm -10:30 pm M-F". That's schedule info. Also mention rotating weekend work, on call ability. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: Not mentioned. No salary. So we should NOT include Pay section. Benefits: Yes, there is a Benefits Offered section with details. So include Benefits. About the role: Could be the brief description and position purpose. We'll put About the role. Responsibilities: Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities plus Additional Responsibilities. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications? Could be Requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine. The instruction: use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have Minimum Qualifications (must have). That's Requirements. Preferred Qualifications: could be Qualifications. Skills: Could extract from Minimum Qualifications list: ability to read schematics, OSHA training, etc. But we might not need a separate Skills section if we can put those under Requirements or Qualifications. However we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications maybe. But we need to use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). So we can include both. Skills: Could be derived from abilities list (ability to read schematics, basic math, communication, etc.) but those are already in Minimum Qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to not create Skills section if it would be thin or duplicate. We'll omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Check each for substantive content. About the role: combine brief description and position purpose. Responsibilities: combine Major Tasks and Additional Responsibilities. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Benefits: Benefits Offered. Schedule: shift details and rotating weekend work, on call. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details as given, not summarizing. However we can format as lists but must keep the detail. For long paragraphs we can keep as

. We need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO etc. At end there is "Universal Pure Is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer". Remove that. Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll start with

    About the role

    then

combine brief description and position purpose. Brief description: "At Universal Pure, we’re dedicated to giving people everywhere safe, fresh, and delicious food to eat and drink. We provide high-pressure processing (HPP), value-added services (VAS) and cold storage for our partners in the food industry. We are focused on safety and driven by service. Join the Food Manufacturing Industry in a Maintenance position!" Position purpose: "The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing the maintenance of the following, including but not limited to HPP and VAS equipment, Building and Facilities equipment, Powered Industrial Equipment, and stationery equipment. The Maintenance Technician performs routine Preventative Maintenance tasks and diagnosis of issues. Collaborates with the Production to ensure the equipment is running well or for signs of needed attention." We'll combine into one paragraph maybe two sentences. Now Responsibilities: We'll create
