$24–$28 an hour plus shift differential.

Schedule

4-day work week, Monday–Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM CST.

Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
  • Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment
  • Servicing and maintaining the facility including wiring, painting, landscaping, and general repairs
  • Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines
  • Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
  • Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools
  • Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
  • Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
  • Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area
  • Conducting activities by adhering to established procedures and approved processes
  • Developing knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment
  • Promoting a safe work environment and upholding all safety policies
  • Carrying out all job duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent with at least five years of industrial manufacturing experience, or completed documented formal training resulting in a certificate or degree in a related industrial or facilities maintenance field
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems maintenance
  • Experience working with 480V power systems
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and any recent updates
  • Understanding of motor controls, AC and DC circuits, PLC ladder logic, and basic programming of PLCs
  • Ability to bend, install and thread conduit sizes ½” – 4”
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Intermediate experience with operating lathes, mills, and other machining equipment
  • Basic computer and report writing skills
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on production and maintenance needs
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
