Schedule
4-day work week, Monday–Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM CST.

Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
- Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment
- Servicing and maintaining the facility including wiring, painting, landscaping, and general repairs
- Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines
- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
- Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools
- Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
- Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
- Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area
- Conducting activities by adhering to established procedures and approved processes
- Developing knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment
- Promoting a safe work environment and upholding all safety policies
- Carrying out all job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent with at least five years of industrial manufacturing experience, or completed documented formal training resulting in a certificate or degree in a related industrial or facilities maintenance field
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems maintenance
- Experience working with 480V power systems
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and any recent updates
- Understanding of motor controls, AC and DC circuits, PLC ladder logic, and basic programming of PLCs
- Ability to bend, install and thread conduit sizes ½” – 4”
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Intermediate experience with operating lathes, mills, and other machining equipment
- Basic computer and report writing skills
- Occasional overtime may be required based on production and maintenance needs
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
