Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

About the role

Based in our Chanhassen location, you will work on 2nd Shift (M-TH 3:00PM to 1:30AM) and have an opportunity to apply your troubleshooting skills to perform maintenance and repair of sophisticated production machinery and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
• Responding to equipment breakdowns by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the goal of minimizing downtime
• Documenting work orders and maintaining accurate maintenance records utilizing a CMMS
• Installing, modifying, and upgrading equipment as needed
• Working cross-functionally with production teams
• Maintaining tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Automatic Systems and Robotics, Electronics Technology or related
• Ability to work 1st shift hours
• Experience with measuring and hand tools
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications

• Maintenance or job-related experience
• Enjoys problem solving and troubleshooting activities to fix or repair equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical aptitude highly preferred

Pay

The salary range for this role is $54,000-$65,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
